We meet with you for a 1-2 hour consultation in your office and review an productivity challenge of your choice.  We will evaluate your space, identify your goals and priorities, and analyze options to redesign paper, task or other systems for improved function.  It’s helpful for us to see your space exactly as you use it, so it’s not necessary to put things away prior to our consult.

Hands-On Consulting Session

We meet with you for a 3-hour working session in your office.  We will review the targeted session goal, roll up our sleeves and get to work.  Your job is to make decisions while we initiate the organizing strategy and process: stage, collect, sort, corral, contain, replace or remove.  We then evaluate the space to suggest products or systems to meet your needs, as required.  Many projects require one or more organizing sessions to complete.
